Description

Our clear PVC tarpaulins are ideal for projects that require maximum light penetration. Made from waterproof vinyl, these tarps are commonly used as side curtains on market stalls or as protective covers for goods during bad weather. Clear PVC tarpaulins allow light to pass through, making them perfect for use in gardens or construction sites where you need to work underneath while keeping the area dry.

They are also highly popular as waterproof covers for animal enclosures, including rabbit hutches, kennels, and poultry houses, especially during bird flu outbreaks. Additionally, they can even be used for water slides!

Except for the 1.1m x 25m roll, each tarpaulin comes with a white PVC reinforced hem and 12mm aluminium eyelets spaced at 50cm intervals. As our glass-clear PVC tarps are unsupported PVC without a base layer, they do not have the same tensile strength as similar-weight tarps. Therefore, we do not recommend placing strain or tension on the eyelets or fixing them directly to hooks. If using the eyelets, we suggest using elasticated bungee cords rather than rope.

These tarpaulins are tightly packed and may be rigid with some creases. Please exercise caution when unwrapping. Any wrinkles will flatten out over time, especially when exposed to the sun and heat. However, if you need a quick fix, you can use a hair dryer on a low heat setting. Be sure not to get the dryer too close or too hot, as this could melt the vinyl. In cold weather, it's important to allow the tarps to acclimatize to prevent tearing when opening.

For customers purchasing the small 1.2m x 2m size, please note that there will be a seam, and it will have a total of 4 eyelets across the 1.2m width.
